The industry can seem complex with jewellery specific terms, varying quality, pushy sales staff and often baffling price tags leaving customers confused and doubting their trust in the retailer.
I simplify this process by using my vast contacts to bring together options for you to browse in one setting.
Let me take the stress off your hands and find the item for you. I have built extensive relationships with many jewellers, makers, dealers and platforms which enable me to search worldwide.
HOW IT WORKS
I guide you through your search by presenting items that are of quality, individually inspected by myself, within your price range and present the options on a template for your browsing. We then explore and discuss the pieces you are interested in. Once chosen, we complete the payment and choose a courier (a secure service) or I can hand deliver if local.
All my pieces are gift wrapped at no extra cost.
THE SERVICE
This service also works well for clients searching for a specific item they cannot find themselves, clients with busy schedules and those who prefer to shop from the comfort of their homes.
My clients range from those who have absolutely no jewellery knowledge to those who know exactly what they are looking for. Although I specialise in high end jewellery I can also shop and create smaller items.
Initial appointments can be held over Zoom, by telephone or face-to-face.
